Lash Gadgets is not liable if incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided at checkout.
We are unable to refund or change the delivery address once the shipment has been picked up by the courier company.
In the event that wrong or incomplete shipping details are provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
Please ensure all your shipping details are 100% accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error after checkout,

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date payment is authorised and verified,
not the date the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number and courier details. Our current courier partners are Ninja Van and Qxpress.
